• September: Infant Massage course at Claughton Sure Start Children's Centre – I will be offering infant massage in six weekly sessions at the Claughton Sure
Start Children's Centre throughout September. Parents who attend are referred via their Health
Visitor.
Parent Relaxation & Pamper Evenings @ Arrowe Park Hospital, RMHC House
Fortnightly on Thursday evenings, 8pm–9.30pm: Aug 5 & 19
These unqiue sessions are designed to help parents staying at RMHC House relax and unwind, and induce feelings of calm and peacefulness at an otherwise physically and emotionally draining time. I will share beneficial techniques for on-going relaxation, including breathing and self massage, plus hints to help boost the lactation process. I will also be holding Pamper Evenings where you can treat yourself to a mini holistic treatment for some well deserved 'Me Time'.
Note: These sessions are for parents staying at the RMHC accommodation only.

My work at Clatterbridge was hugely rewarding and a great success. Thank you to everyone who attended, and I hope you all enjoyed the relaxation and reflexology workshops I did, and the mini pampers I gave the staff!

Taken over the course of a few days by my friend and photographer Nicky Merrick, these lovely photos show my friendly Infant and Baby Massage instruction classes, one-to-one instruction in a client's home, the instruction manual and free oil, plus my relaxing private treatment room, and of course, me!
