"Baby & Me" – New Schedule of Baby and Infant Massage classes for parents in 2012
I am very pleased to announce that I am delivering more "Baby and Me" baby massage courses on behalf of both Claughton and Prenton Children Centres:
• Prenton Children's Centre – Sessions start on Tuesday, 17th April from 1.00pm to 2.00pm
• Claughton Children's Centre – Sessions start on Thursday, 19th April from 1.30pm to 2.30pm
These courses are a light hearted introduction to the wonderful benefits of infant massage and are subsidised. If you are a local family and would like to join the "Baby and Me" groups then please contact the nearest Children Centre to register your interest.
Please note: More "Baby & Me" courses will be available from June 2012 onwards - more details to follow shortly.
Reflexology for Pre-Conception
Reflexology for Pre-Conception is offered to both partners wishing to conceive. You can book a joint appointment. Your appointment can also include additional demonstration for tips for Reflexology to be applied by you on each other's feet between sessions. In doing so, this will empower each of you, bringing light into a sometimes stressful situation and putting the fun and love back into making a baby...
Reflexology for Pregnancy
You can book an appointment to enjoy Reflexology for Pregnancy, and through demonstration and supervision your partnercan also learn specific Reflexology tips to apply on your feet between your booked sessions during pregnancy or after your EDD.

Midwifery Roadshow at Pensby Children Centre
On a beautiful warm evening on 26th March I had the huge pleasure to talk to expecting parents about the benefits of reflexology for pregnancy and post birth and infant massage at the Midwifery Roadshow. It was a wonderful evening meeting so many expecting parents.
