Kerry Coleman (MICHT)
Qualified Practitioner, Instructor and Therapist
Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (MICHT)
I started my career as a qualified Solicitor and practised for 10 years by specialising in Family Law. During that time my hobby and stress relief was Hatha Yoga, and through practising yoga I became more and more passionate about my wellbeing and started reading all I could about meditation, relaxation and complementary therapies. I knew I wanted to learn more, so I dedicated my evenings to study and college classes in order to gain qualifications in a number of holistic therapies that really fired my interest.
Then in December 2006, my partner and I were given the most precious gift, our beautiful daughter Jasmine.
My knowledge and interest in holistic therapies and wellbeing has benefited all three of us, and Jasmine most of all. Infant massage has enriched our lives, deepened our relationship, and boosted Jasmine's development. I knew I wanted to share these benefits with other new parents.
So, with the encouragement of my partner and some dear friends, I took a bold step and gave up Law to establish Caring Touch in December 2007.
The amazing journey of life provides creation, development, experience, strength, knowledge and reflection. Whilst each of us are unique we are a mere drop in the ocean compared with the vastness of the world we live in. No matter what faith or belief fills your heart, on a personal level I know that I can never fully appreciate how complex yet amazing the body and mind is. This is why I consider it to be a privilege to be able to share encouraging steps with a parent and their child whilst learning infant massage, and helping others through holistic therapies.
It fills my heart with joy that I can help my clients to find their own balance, harmony and happiness from within.
Warmest wishes, happiness and health,
