Holistic Therapies
Each of us is special and we all deserve a little pampering.
Why not treat yourself to a relaxing and beneficial holistic treatment, giving you the chance to re-charge and re-energise yourself, so that you have more positive energy and vitality.
Each holistic therapy session begins with a gentle relaxation, focusing on simple meditation and breathing exercises to help calm the mind and body. These are done at your pace to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed. After the session, there is time for feedback and discussion, if you wish. This is complementary to your actual treatment, therefore, please allow an additional 30 minutes to the following treatment times:
Reflexology – for feet or hands: (see also separate page on Reflexology)
A relaxing therapy based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of your feet correspond with organs and areas throughout your body. It works to unblock energy lines and helps the body re-balance, allowing for natural healing to occur.
• Hand reflexology: £22 (45 mins)
• Foot reflexology: £25 (45 mins)
Metamorphic Technique
A light, non-invasive yet rythmical touch to the spinal reflex points located on your feet, hands, back and head. A very relaxing and soothing treatment to promote beneficial change and transformation on a mental and physical level.

Indian Head Massage
Flowing massage strokes and sequences to your upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face, which help to reduce feelings of stress and tension. Promotes deep relaxation, boosts energy levels, and helps improve circulation, skin and hair condition.

Reiki
Hands are placed on and above the body with the intention to allow Reiki energy to be directed to where it is needed. Very gentle and relaxing treatment that aims to re-balance both body and mind.

Hopi Ear Candles
Both ears are treated with a hollow, natural candle that is inserted in to your outer ear. When lit, the candle creates a light suction action, which may help to provide temporary relief from tinnitus, sinus problems, and headaches. The treatment is concluded with a gentle and soothing massage to your head and face.

Confidential medical questionnaire:
All therapies require you to complete a confidential medical form prior to treatment. A GP referral may be required in some individual cases, but this will be discussed during our initial consultation.

Location:
My practice is based in Wallasey. However, I can come to your location if that is more convenient for you.
Travel costs:
Travel costs may apply. If travelling totals ten miles or more (round trip) to and from Wallasey, a £5 travel cost will be added to the total price. Further costs may apply for longer distances. (For more information, please see my Terms & Conditions.)
