All bookings are by appointment only.

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue and are non-refundable.

I cannot be held responsible for the content of any 3rd party websites listed.

Cancellation Policy:
All appointments missed, or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation charge. All cancellation charges are the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Parent Classes at Yoga You Sanctuary:
Your cheque to secure your place on the infant massage parent classes will not be banked until after the first group session. A minimum of 7 fully paid-up parents / couples are needed for the course to run. In the event that the minimum number of parents / couples is not achieved then you will be notified and I will return your cheque with the option of reserving your place on a future course.

Confidential Medical Questionnaire:
All therapies require you to complete a confidential medical form. A GP referral may be required in some individual cases, but this will be discussed during the consultation. All personal data is held in the strictest confidence, and is not shared with any third parties, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You have the right to view, amend and retract any of your personal data held on file.

All consultations are carried out in the strictest confidence, and all discussions between you and the therapist are held in private.

Location & Access Statement:
My practice is located within my private residence in Wallasey. I have a private and dedicated treatment room, accessible via a flight of stairs with handrail. I am fully insured to treat you at the practice, or in the comfort of your own home.

Travel Costs:
Travel costs may apply. Travel costs may apply. If travelling totals ten miles or more (round trip) to and from Wallasey, a £5 travel cost will be added to the total price. Further costs may apply for longer distances, and an additional toll charge may also be added for regular visits via the Mersey Tunnel. Such additional charges are on an individual basis, and will be clearly discussed and explained with you upon booking an appointment.

Infant massage is practiced widely throughout the world and is recommended by many pediatricians. All these techniques taught by me, when following the guidelines and when practiced correctly, are both therapeutic and beneficial for both you and your infant and have been used safely by me and other parents with their children. I cannot accept responsibility for any injury claimed to have arisen from practice of these techniques.
